Before departure
Available veterinary records, vaccination status and test reports are presented for review. The buyer may arrange an independent pre-purchase veterinary inspection.
Arrival inspection
The buyer must have a licensed veterinarian inspect the animal within 24 hours of arrival and retain the written report. Any concern must be reported immediately through our official phone lines.
Seven-day coverage
For seven days after delivery, we cover material pre-existing health conditions confirmed by the arrival veterinarian and a second agreed veterinarian. The remedy is assessed case by case under the signed sale agreement.
Ongoing support
Our team provides practical guidance on feed transition, settling, milk routine and first-calving preparation. This support does not replace local veterinary care.
