48-hour holding policy
A confirmed deposit normally holds cattle for 48 hours. Longer holds require a written agreement. Refunds are assessed under the cancellation terms before veterinary, permit or transport costs are committed.
Never share your M-Pesa PIN
We never ask for your PIN or send a person to collect cash without written confirmation. If payment details differ from the details confirmed through our official lines, stop and call us.
