Inspection and sale agreement
Buyers may inspect the animal, registration and veterinary records before purchase. A sale is final only after the animal, price, payment schedule and delivery terms are confirmed in writing.
Reservations and refunds
A verified deposit may hold an animal for 48 hours unless a written agreement states otherwise. Cancellation before transport preparation may qualify for a refund less documented veterinary, permit or transport costs. Deposits may be non-refundable when a buyer cancels after those costs are committed.
Transport costs
The animal price does not include transport. The buyer is responsible for and pays all animal transportation, loading, transit and related delivery costs from our Githunguri collection point to the agreed destination.
Border permits and documentation
The buyer is financially responsible for all county veterinary movement permits, cross-border export and import documentation, border charges, customs clearance charges and destination-country requirements. Delays caused by authorities or missing buyer documents are outside our control.
Veterinary verifications
The buyer pays for every pre-movement and destination veterinary inspection, test, health certificate or other certification required for transport, transit or a border crossing. We can coordinate these services and include their estimated costs in a written quote.
Transport and risk
Routes and timing depend on animal welfare, road conditions and permits. Responsibility transfers as stated in the signed sale agreement. Buyers must provide safe unloading, housing, feed and water on arrival.
Health guarantee
Our seven-day health guarantee requires veterinary inspection on arrival, suitable care and prompt written notice with a veterinary report. It excludes injury after handover, neglect, transport arranged independently, feed transition problems and undisclosed destination disease exposure.
